About Credit Card Payment
How to pay via Credit Card? When you checkout, select Credit Card as payment method and submit order, you will be leaded to Credit Card payment page. Fill in all required information, payment done. If you have any question, please contact us.
If you failed the payment, it might be below reasons:
No.1 RISK Ttransaction ( system consider your using the credit card at a high risk/ilegal way or any of related reasons );
No.2 Bank Declined Transaction.(Your bank refused to make the transaction).
No.3 Cardholder is not enrolled in Authentication Scheme (You don''t have the authentication scheme to process the payment)
Ways to solve the fail in process payment:
No.1 For RISK Transaction, please make sure you are in a legal way to use the credit card.
No.2 For Bank Declined Transaction, please make a phone call to your Bank at their credit card service center and ask them for the transaction.
Of course you can also try to change another credit card to make the payment.
No.3 For Authentication Scheme, please make phone call to your bank and ask for signing the Authentication Scheme, then you will be able to use it.
When you make the payment again, please view My Order in member center and view the order, find the Pay It Now link to complete the payment same way or just place a new order.
